How To Prep For Your Bounce House Rental

For the best experience with our bounce houses, it's essential to have a suitable setup area. Please ensure that you have a grassy area available for the inflatable and that it's clear of any debris, rocks, or sharp objects that could puncture the material. Additionally, we kindly request that the area is free from animal waste to maintain cleanliness and safety for all guests. These precautions help us ensure your event is both fun and safe!.

What areas do you serve for delivery?

We proudly serve Southeast Michigan and the Downriver Area. An additional delivery fee may apply if outside our regular delivery area. If you're unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us for more information.
How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking your rentals as soon as you know the date of your event to ensure availability. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is not allowed. If re-scheduling is necessary, please call 313-729-0314. You will have up to one year to re-schedule. Please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Do you require a deposit to book rentals?

No, we do not require a deposit.
Are your bounce houses and inflatables safe for children?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Our bounce houses and inflatables are made with high-quality materials and meet all safety standards. Our team will also provide safety guidelines and instructions for proper use during your event.
Is there a delivery fee?

Pricing includes fuel surcharge, delivery and setup. (Additional delivery charges may apply if outside delivery area.)
